We are confident that you will enjoy your new washable reusable cabin air filter, but if you aren’t 100% satisfied, we are here to assist. You can always email our customer support at any time, or call us during business hours ( 9 am -5 pm PST), at (insert company number) and we will be glad to help.  

 

How many days do I have to return or exchange an item?

All US and Canada orders are eligible for a return or exchange of any item within 30 days of purchase. 

All items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.  

If you are having trouble installing the filter, our team will be able to help before you make your final return decision.


How do I request a return? 

Please submit your return request via email to customer support so we can assess the request. Please allow one week for processing of return request as we are a small family business. Once processed we will email you with further instructions for returning your order. For damaged items please see below.


What if I received a damaged item?

Please reference our product videos (insert link) demonstrating our filters design and resilience before determining if it’s damaged or not. They are extremely hard to damage.

Please email our support team and we will ensure you receive a replacement. Once shipped you will receive a notice and tracking number. In addition, you may or may not be required to return the damaged product before a replacement can be shipped in return.


What if I received the wrong item?

Smart Parts has a small but amazing team, however mistakes could happen. Please email our support team and we will ensure you receive a replacement. Once shipped you will receive a notice and tracking details. 

I’m addition, you may or may not be required to return the previous item before a replacement can be shipped in return.


If I am returning an item for a refund, when will I receive my refund?

After we receive your return, and ensuring the product is not damaged, we will credit your original payment method.  

Please allow 3-5 business days from your return being received for your refund to be processed. 

We will refund only for the eligible returned items. We will not refund the original cost of shipping, if you were charged shipping.


Will you provide me with a shipping label?

Yes, but being a small, starting business we simply cannot bare the cost of the price of shipping for simple exchanges and returns, unless there was a mistake made in our end (e.g. you received the wrong product or a damaged product, both of which must go through our support team. see above), in these cases we may email you a prepaid shipping label to return any items at our request. 


What if I entered the wrong address when I placed the original order?

Most of our orders are shipped within 2-3 business days (unless it’s a custom order) and we are limited to changes on an order after it has been placed. Yet, we will make every effort to fix this if the order has not yet been shipped.  You can always email our customer support team at any time, or call us during business hours ( 9 am -5 pm PST), at (insert business number) and we will be glad to help.

If the order was shipped, you will be responsible for shipping costs for the reshipment of your item(s).


What if I am a Canadian customer?

The above policy applies to Canadian customers as well. Please keep in mind that we are unable to refund any duties or taxes.
